How do I pay?

By card, through secure Stripe payment. If you installed the app from the Shopify App Store, your subscription is paid on your Shopify invoice.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?

Yes: from “My subscription” if you pay directly, or from your Shopify admin if you are billed by Shopify.

Are there any limits?

No: users, storage, connectors and the AI assistant are unlimited.

What happens when my subscription expires?

Your workspace is paused and unlocks as soon as you pay. Your data is kept.
